Sarah Havens

Sarah Allison Havens is a trial attorney with a proven track record for obtaining exceptional results for thousands of accident injury victims.  Since day 1, Sarah’s sole legal work has been to fight for the rights of injured victims against insurance companies, corporations and governmental entities.  Sarah is well known for bringing compassion, humanity and understanding to this difficult and stressful process.

Sarah has been published numerous times in a variety of legal publications and regularly speaks at legal seminars on Personal Injury and Trial Advocacy topics. Sarah is a faculty teacher for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) where she teaches lawyers in Trial Skills Programs.  She is on the Board of Directors and the Education Chair for the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (San Diego’s Plaintiff’s Trial Lawyers Bar).  Sarah is well recognized and respected in San Diego’s legal community.
