Eva Rummel

Eva graduated with honors in 2014 from San Diego Miramar College, where she earned an Associate of Science degree and Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal Studies. She is a member of the San Diego Paralegal Association and was inducted into the American Association for Paralegal Education’s Lambda Epsilon Chi honor society for her academic performance in legal studies.

Eva is a civil litigation personal injury paralegal with Phillips and Pelly, providing attorney and client support from intake through Trial. Her background and eagerness to make a difference supports Phillips and Pelly’s mission of seeking justice for those who have been harmed. Before joining Phillips and Pelly, Eva gained her legal experience in a wide range of civil litigation areas including complex elder abuse, premises liability, auto collisions, medical malpractice, family law and fraud/contract disputes.

Clients will find Eva to be compassionate, easy to work with and eager to assist clients throughout the claims process. In addition, Eva is a California Notary Public and is able to assist clients with notarizing documents when needed.

Outside of the office, Eva is a talented artist with multiple commissioned paintings. She also enjoys practicing yoga, playing chess and is an avid baseball fan.
